A unique winery
They have 130 hectares of their own vineyards where they cultivate and control the production of their grapes in a traditional way in harmony with the most recent viticultural techniques. The grapes for the production of their wines come from vineyards in the clay-limestone soils of Labastida, Páganos, Leza and Elciego, in the heart of the Rioja Alavesa. The vines are trained on high trellises, thus ensuring greater exposure to the sun. As the vineyards are not irrigated, they are completely dependent on weather conditions. Harvesting is carried out manually and mechanically, so that the grapes reach the winery at the optimum moment.
